What time should I report at the airport?
Having requested assistance at least
48 hours before departure, you will report at the airport within the indicated time:

at least two hours prior to departure when at a pick-up point
-
at least one hour prior to departure when at a check-in desk
Where can I park?
Each
ViaMilano Parking has dedicated spaces for disabled cardholders.
For logistic reasons we recommend these carparks:

The public roads outside the Arrivals, Departures and Sheraton Hotel, are subject to a maximum drive through time of 10 minutes (Area 10 minuti)

Free Parking Procedure
The procedure requires you contact our staff for space allocation then proceed to the cashiers with the following:

Malpensa Terminals are connected with a free shuttle bus equipped to transport wheelchairs.
Indications for the blind
Terminals are equipped with
tactile guide paths and
Braille buttons on telephones and lifts. A synthetic voice system indicates the floor at which the lift is stopping.
Inform your airline in advance if you will be travelling with an
assistance dog.
What is Sala Amica?
Sala Amica is the general name for all airport services assisting passengers with special needs and reduced mobility and are provided free of charge by SEA.
The dedicated lounges reflect the following standards to ensure passenger comfort:

accessible restrooms (inside and/or near lounges)

flight info screens
-
internet points
-
air travel regulations including the Service Charter, Official Guide to Milan’s Airports, and Passenger Rights (also in Braille)
Where are Sala Amica lounges?
Sala Amica lounges at Malpensa are located:

Terminal 1 Departures floor near entrance 1 (open between 04.00 a.m. and 01.00 a.m.)

Terminal 1 inside each Satellite

Terminal 2 Gates (open between 04.00 a.m. and 01.00 a.m.)
