In all ViaMilano Parking car parks there are spaces reserved for people with disabilities.
Disabled parking at the airport
For location and accessibility we recommend using:
Malpensa Terminal 1
P2 Car Park (-1 floor), where it is also possible to activate the free assistance service present at the airport (Sala Amica).
Malpensa Terminal 2 - CLOSED
P5 Car Park, where it is also possible to activate the free assistance service present at the airport.
Area 10 minuti
The following categories can access the "10 minutes area" with up to 4 hours of stay:
Those with disability cards
To take advantage of the exemption, you must complete the form entering, in addition to the required credentials, the number plate and window sticker number. You must fill in the form within 3 days from your stays in Area 10 minuti.
At the time of assistance, a pin code will be provided, which must be entered, together with the required credentials, in the form. The form must be filled in made within 3 days of the day of assistance.
For longer stays, please use the parking SEA, where parking is free of charge.
Procedure to take advantage of free parking
To take advantage of the free parking, the passenger must register on arrival at the HELP DESK terminal (touch screen) and upload all the documents required to obtain the exemption:
Car park ticket
Parking card for people with disabilities in the original (it is suggested to leave on the dashboard of the car a photocopy of the parking card and bring with You the original card)
At Milan Malpensa T1, the "Parking Help Desk - payments and assistance" terminal is located inside the airport, at the Arrivals floor, near Gate 6.
At Milan Malpensa T2, the "Parking Help Desk - payments and assistance" terminal is located inside the terminal in the Arrivals area.
