Lost an item at our airport? Fill out the online form below indicating the main characteristics and the date of loss. You will be contacted if the search is successful.
Recovery items will be available for one year from the date of loss; after this period items will be sold at auction. Owners are invited to collect the items within three months from the date of our notice of recovery.
The service does not deal with objects or baggage left on board the aircraft; these are managed by the Lost & Found offices at the airports or directly by the airlines.
HAVE YOU LOST YOUR BAGGAGE OR HAVE YOUR SUITCASES BEEN DAMAGED?
Ask at the Lost & Found office of your airline, located in the customs area, before the exit from the baggage claim area. You will be given a PIR form (Property Irregular Report) with a telephone number to follow your claim. Contact your airline directly if your luggage has not been found after 5 days.
