What is the ViaMilano Program?
ViaMilano Program is the loyalty program of SEA Milan Airports that gives you access to a world of privileges thanks to which you can make the most of the airports of Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa.
What are the membership profiles of the ViaMilano Program?
The ViaMilano Program provides two membership profiles:

ViaMilano Program Profile - you will have immediate access to many benefits and as soon as you accumulate points, you can redeem many rewards and have access to increasingly more benefits;

ViaMilano Program Club SEA Profile - the Club SEA membership entitles you to register in the ViaMilano Program Club SEA profile: in addition to exclusive Club SEA benefits you can access the benefits and rewards offered by the ViaMilano Program.

How can I join the ViaMilano Program?
You can register by following one of the procedures below:

Through the Internet at www.viamilanoprogram.eu, by entering the number printed on the front of the card collected at participating retail shops and following the instructions;

With the support of the staff at the information desks with the ViaMilano Program window sticker at the airports of Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, to complete a pre-registration on the site www.viamilanoprogram.eu, and to complete registration directly at the desk.
In both cases above, the Holder will receive a temporary password at the email address provided which will then have to be changed. Once this has been done, you can access the dedicated online services. The temporary password provided will not be enough to complete the activation of the card and must be changed.
To participate in the ViaMilano Program you need to have a special card available at participating retail shops and at information desks with a special ViaMilano Program window sticker at Linate and Malpensa airports.
If you decide to purchase the Club SEA services, your ViaMilano Program Club SEA card will be sent directly to your home.
What are the differences between the ViaMilano Program Card and the ViaMilano Program Club Sea Card?
The ViaMilano Program card is a free card that allows the holder to participate in the ViaMilano Program, earn points, collect rewards and take advantage of the many membership benefits when earning points. The ViaMilano Program card does not expire (its expiry is linked to the end of the Program).
The ViaMilano Program Club SEA card is a payment card that allows you to add all the benefits of the ViaMilano Program to the exclusive membership benefits of Club SEA.
ViaMilano Program Club SEA members are entitled to special treatment even within the ViaMilano Program. In fact, they are entitled to superior benefits and advantages and earn points faster.
What am I entitled to if I join ViaMilano Program?
From the moment you join the ViaMilano Program, you will be entitled to many benefits offered by SEA and program partners, simply by signing up. Moreover, when you make your first purchase you will receive 200 bonus points and 2 passes for ViaMilano Fast Track.
When you use your card for purchases at Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa airports you can earn points; these points will entitled you to additional benefits and the chance to redeem great rewards. How can I earn points?
Points can be accumulated when you park at the ViaMilano car parks, or when you make purchases at the shops, participating facilities, food courts and car rentals at Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa airports. Only purchases made by the holder of the card will be entitled to the accumulation of points.
Failure to present the card at the time of payment will not allow the accumulation of points and the related points cannot be earned subsequently. For more details see the list of participating shops of the Program in the section 'Collect points' on the site.
How are points calculated?
Members of the ViaMilano Program profile will earn 10 points for every Euro spent at participating shops of the program or at the ViaMilano car parks. Members of the ViaMilano Program Club SEA profile will earn 12 points for every Euro spent. Remember that the minimum spending amount to be eligible to accumulate points is five Euro.
Purchases of the following items are excluded from the accumulation of points:

pharmaceuticals

tobacco and stamps

newspapers and magazines

phone cards
-
AAMS instant and national lottery tickets

tickets for prediction competitions

postal products
-
pre-paid phone cards and TV subscription cards

any other product that the current legislation states cannot be the subject of prize events
How can I know my points balance?
To know your account balance, after registration in the Program that will be complete once you have entered the number of the card that you collected at the participating shops and changed the temporary password, simply access your personal area by entering your Login and Password.
In this area you can see all the information related to your card such as rewards and benefits dedicated to you, your statement (points debited and credited), the rewards and benefits requested, ViaMilano Fast Track passes still available, etc...
What can I do if my points have not benne credited?
If after a few days following purchase the points corresponding to a purchase/expense on your card have not been credited, simply fill in the form at the following link
https://www.milanomalpensa-airport.com/en/customer-care/requests-and-complaints/complaint-suggestion choosing ViaMilano Program in the box " Nature of Copliant" and indicating in the object "Claim for non-credited points", outlining details of the inconvenience in the email and attach the related receipt in pdf format; or send the receipt by fax to (+39) 02 74 86 30 18 indicating your name, surname, client code and a description of the inconvenience. Once we have verified the non-credit, you will receive an e-mail notifying you when the points have been credited.
How can I claim the rewards in the catalogue?
The rewards in the catalogue belong to different categories (ex. voucher to spend at the airport shops, ViaMilano car parks and facilities, airline tickets, ViaMilano Fast Track passes, access to the ViaMilano Lounge areas, etc.); this means that there are many ways to redeem and collect your reward.

What should I do if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged immediately notify the SEA Milan Airports Information Centre (+39) 02 23 23 23 or simply fill in the form at the following link

If you are a ViaMilano Program Club SEA member, please contact Club SEA directly at (+39) 02 7485 2432 or 3854 (office hours, Monday to Friday). Replacement of your card will not change your status in terms of benefits and points accumulated up to that time.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You can request a new password by clicking 'I do not remember my password' on the site. You will receive an e-mail containing your new password to be changed upon first access to your personal area.
If I do not have my card with me at the time of purchase, ca I have the points credited subsequently?
To be credited the points you must present your card at the time of purchase or payment of parking. If the card is not presented at the time of payment, the points cannot be credited.
If I use the points to redeem a reward, do I even lose the benefits that I have acquired upon achievement of the points?
The benefits are linked to a status acquired and depend on the points accumulated in the period and not the points balance. You can therefore enjoy the benefits acquired when reaching the different thresholds until the end of the Program.
How can I cancel my program membership?
You can withdraw from the program by notifying SEA by registered mail. At the time of withdrawal from the program, if you do not request any rewards at the same time, the accumulated points will be lost.
If I already have a SeaMi Card, what should I do?
SEAMI has changed its name and is now called ViaMilano Program. If you already have your SEAMI card, you can continue to use it as usual to accumulate points, take advantage of the benefits and request rewards.
If I already have the ViaMilano Program Card with first and last name, what should I do?
If you already have a ViaMilano Program card that indicates your name and your surname, you can continue to use it as usual and all you need to do is register it. Remember that to qualify for some benefits you will be asked to provide your personal code located on the back of the card in the barcode space.
If I have a ViaMilano Program Card with 13-DIGIT code, what should I do?
Use the card immediately for your purchases and earn points, but be sure to include the number of the card and change your temporary password to complete your registration in the program and transform the points into rewards.
