Electrical Charging Stations
In Malpensa a Superfast Charging Station will be installed equipped with 3 fastcharging points, eight of which ultra-fast up to 300kW.
The charging station, accessible also to people with reduced mobility, will be available to the airport customers and the public 24/7, open to all electric vehicles and compatible with all charging standards and service providers for electric mobility.
Water fountains
Have a sip of water! Refrigerated drinking water is available thanks to the fountains located throughout our airports. Milan Malpensa Airport has ten water fountains, seven of which are located in Terminal 1 and three in Terminal 2. They are both in the boarding and arrival areas. The fountains are clearly signposted, and you are welcome to drink from them or fill your water bottles.

ChatBot
The chatBOT is a virtual assistant that can rapidly and accurately respond to passengers’ most frequent questions in Italian and English. The chatBOT does not need to sleep and rest: it can reply to users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Access real-time information about flights (you can even activate notifications directly from the flight page on the websites’ homepages), discover the restaurants and stores in Linate and Malpensa, find out information about traveling with animals, types of hand luggage, transporting liquids, the requirements of reduced mobility passengers and much more: you can do all of this by “talking” to the chatBOT, which, if it does not know how to answer a question, will direct the passenger to contact a human operator.
Now questions such as “Where can I eat pizza at Malpensa?” or “Is my flight to Paris this evening on time?” will be instantly and simply answered terms by the new Milan Airports virtual assistant.
The chatBOT “lives” on Facebook and is there so passengers can consult it without having to install an additional app: you just need to have a Facebook account.
