  • Using a complaints form available at all information desks in the airport.
  • Following a complaint and the relative response from SEA, you may apply to the consumer associations for arbitration.

SEA, in compliance with the UNI 10600 standard, undertakes to promptly respond to your communication.
Every complaint will be carefully considered and forwarded to the SEA managers responsible for such matters.
Please note that following the complaint and the response received from SEA Aeroporti di Milano, you can contact the consumer associations belonging to the Regional Committee for the Protection of Consumer and User Rights (CRCU) to access conciliation.
