On the discovery of the historic centre of Lublin with easyJet
Lublin will be the new destination running from Malpensa with easyJet, offering an autumn city break.
East Poland’s largest city and its historic centre will be accessible from Milan Malpensa with twice-weekly flights (on Thursdays and Sundays) run by easyJet starting end October.
Lublin’s “Old Town” is a treasure trove just waiting to be discovered, with its historic and artistic heritage.
The ancient fortified commercial village is in excellent condition and is one of Poland’s most fascinating districts.
Numerous historic buildings can be visited, including: the Krakovian Port (Brama Krakowska), a 14th century Gothic tower that houses the Historic Museum; the Market Square with the Old Town Hall and the Castle (Zamek) built in the 14th century and restructured in Gothic style in 1826. At the end of the tour, why not visit the Semadini cake shop, open for the last 160 years, in which you can enjoy a slice of kremówka prepared with puff pastry and confectioner’s custard.
